We install Audio & Video Equipment.

YOUR A/V SYSTEM SHOULD OUTLAST THE PERSON WHO BUILT IT.

we can help with that.

Most churches we walk into have the same situation. There’s one person, usually a volunteer, who built the system, knows where everything is, and is the only one who can troubleshoot it when something goes wrong. It works because of them, not because of the system.

If they leave, everything gets harder. You can’t recruit more volunteers, because the system is too complex.

Does that sound like your church?

We design and install audio, video, and lighting systems that any capable volunteer can learn to operate. Then we spend weeks making sure they can. The goal isn't a system that impresses people on installation day. It's a system that still works reliably three years later, run by people who weren't there when we built it.

What We Install

We work with professional-grade equipment, sized to what your church actually needs and what your volunteers can realistically operate. Sound, video, lighting, networking — we handle all of it, including pulling out the old gear when it's time for that conversation.

We've worked in small chapels and large sanctuaries across Southern California (and beyond). The square footage changes. The problems are usually pretty similar.

AUDIO EQUIPMENT

The most important part of video is…the audio. Audio is also crucial for your in-person worship. We help your church have an audio system that supports in-person and online, while being manageable for volunteers.

Video Equipment & Lighting

Our Audio/Video Integrators also install video equipment that supports your live-stream. However, it also simplifies your in-person use of video content and slideshow.

We install Network Equipment

Lighting, Audio, Video, and the LAN network all work together. We can install a LAN for your A/V equipment, or install a LAN for your entire facility. This integrates more smoothly, providing WiFi and reliable internet signals for your offices and Audio/Video tech booth.

We train volunteers & STAFF

A core part of what we do is to empower churches. That means installing easy-to-use equipment, yes. But we also spend a lot of time with your volunteers. We train your volunteers, and support them with follow-up online training.

We build online platforms

Our use of online tools has to focus on building community. Can people who are part of our churches participate? Can people who haven’t met your church yet participate? How can we serve their needs?

90 Days of Sanctuary Reset

We build your console file, your switcher settings, and your streaming configuration during installation. Then we keep a copy.

When somebody saves over it, or the encoder stops connecting, or a device drops off the network, we put it back the way we built it. Usually without driving out. Oh, and we also manage your IT Network in the package. Every installation comes with 90 Days built-in.

OUR CLIENTS

Rev. Jessica Strysko , Anaheim UMC

“Capital Hope Media did an excellent job helping our church envision, plan for, and install our livestream ministry equipment at Anaheim UMC.

Stephen and his colleagues are very professional and provide the training and insight needed to launch and improve this form of outreach. Stephen has been incredibly responsive when we've had questions, and flexible when timetables changed etc.

I would highly recommend Capital Hope Media.”

Rev. Matt Hambrick, Trinity North Park, San Diego

“When the pandemic hit, we didn't know what we didn’t know what we were going to do, but Capital Hope Media stepped in and did an amazing job, taking over 100% of our worship production needs, and allowed me to focus on being a pastor to people living in a global crisis.”

Pastor Casey, San Marcos Lutheran Church

“Working with Stephen was so simple, given our existing technology and our cost constraints toward new devices. Communication was timely and friendly, and I feel confident that our new setup will take us where we need to go. We'll be glad to work with Stephen on an ongoing basis and on any future projects.”

Michael, Santee United Methodist Church

“Stephen was fantastic to work with on our church technology project. He was flexible with changing proposal requests and changing dates for implementation and training. Strongly recommend him for your future technology projects.”

We create engaging video content for your church

Churches create a lot of content (if you haven’t noticed). Churches also need some custom content made by storytellers. Here’s an example of the content we have made for churches. You can see more in a gallery here.
