sANCTUARY reset
for churches
It's 20 minutes after service. Your live stream didn’t work, even though your AV techs did everything they knew to check.. Your volunteer was looking at console that doesn't match what they saw last week, and you know next Sunday will arrive soon.
That's the moment we built this for.
We keep the files…
so you never start over
When we install an Audio/Video system, we spend a day building it around your room and your team. The console file. The switcher. Your streaming settings. Camera presets. All of it is tuned so a volunteer can walk up on Sunday and start from something that already works.
Then somebody saves over it.
Or the encoder stops connecting and nobody knows why. Or a device quietly drops off the network on Thursday and nobody finds out until the service starts.
With The Sanctuary Reset Package, we can reset this back the way we built it.
WHAT YOU GET
Someone To Call When You Don't Know Where Else To Turn
That's the part churches tell us they want most. Not a ticketing system. Not a service portal.
A person who knows your building, built your system, and will pick up the phone.
-
Your audio console file. The video switcher. Your streaming encoder. Camera presets, on systems that support it. Kept current, stored securely, and restorable when you need them.
-
Most problems can be diagnosed and fixed without a site visit. Faster answers, and no drive time on your invoice
-
Intrusion prevention, DNS filtering, and automatic security updates on the network your whole system depends on. Guest wireless that actually keeps guests separate from your files.
You get our basic network management package…because you need it. -
This creates systems that help your church staff & volunteers operate in safe ways.
How We Handle
Your Network
Most church networks grew by accident. A router from Frontier or Spectrum. A switch somebody bought at Best Buy in 2019. An access point in the office that's somehow also expected to cover the sanctuary.
It works until it doesn't. And when it stops working, nobody knows where to look.
Here's what we do instead.
-
Your A/V gear, your staff computers, and your guest wifi each live on their own segment. Somebody streaming video in the narthex can't slow down your livestream. And they can't see your office computers.
-
Streaming is the one thing on your network that can't buffer and try again. We set up your gateway so the encoder gets the bandwidth it needs, even when the building is full of cell phones.
-
Intrusion prevention runs on your gateway. DNS filtering blocks known malicious and phishing domains before they ever reach a staff computer. Nobody on your team has to think about either one.
-
Automatic security updates are on for every network we manage. That's not optional at any of our churches. The gap between a vulnerability going public and somebody exploiting it is measured in hours now, and unpatched network gear is one of the most commonly attacked things in a small organization.
-
We see when a device drops off, when a switch port dies, when an access point stops answering. Often we know before you do. That's the difference between a Tuesday phone call and a Sunday emergency.
what we won’t promise:
We won't promise to answer the phone the second you call on a Sunday.
Some Sundays we're already at another church with our hands full. Some problems take more than 20 minutes to diagnose. We'd rather say that now than have you find out at 9:40.
Here's what we do promise. Your system gets restored, and you never rebuild it from scratch. We have the files. We have the access. When we reach you, the fix takes minutes instead of a Saturday.
That's a promise we can actually keep.
Every installation includes 90 days.
Every A/V system we install comes with 90 days of Sanctuary Reset. There’s nothing to sign up for, it’s included.
We bring your network into our dashboard, archive your configuration files, and watch the system through its first three months.
At the end of 90 days, you pick:
Keep Sanctuary Reset as an ongoing service, or
You Take Control. We hand you full administrative credentials and remove your equipment from our dashboard.
How This Compares To Your Alternatives
Most churches are choosing between four things. Here's an honest look at all of them, including the ones that aren't us.
-
An MSP sells your church a package built for a fifty-person company. Managed desktops, a helpdesk, per-user billing for staff who mostly need email to work. Industry surveys put nonprofit managed IT somewhere around $90 to $140 per user, per month. For a church with four staff, that's $360 to $560 a month.
Churches in 2026 don't need most of that. When a laptop dies, somebody in your congregation can drive to Best Buy, install Chrome, and log back into your email. That is not worth a monthly contract.
What an MSP also can't do is know your sanctuary. When the stream drops mid-service, their helpdesk tech has never seen your switcher, doesn't know what a WebPresenter is, and has no copy of your console file. They'll check the network, which usually isn't the problem, and then tell you to call your A/V company.
We think you need something narrower. A network that's maintained and secured. A security layer for the threats your staff can't see coming. And somebody to call when you don't know where else to turn.
We sell those separately, so you only buy the ones you need.
-
Emergency and after-hours IT labor runs $250 to $500 an hour. Our own on-site rate is $195.
One Sunday morning emergency costs more than a year of Sunday Reset.
Break-fix has a problem nobody mentions, too. The provider only gets paid when something fails. Nobody has any reason to prevent the outage, keep firmware current, or hold a backup of your configuration. You're paying for the fire instead of the smoke detector.
-
We like these people. Several of them are the only reason a church's system works at all.
The problem isn't whether they're capable. It's that they have a job and a family, and they aren't there on the Sunday it matters. They don't have a copy of your console file or a login to your gateway. And when they move away, which they always eventually do, everything they knew goes with them.
-
This is what most churches actually pick. It works right up until it doesn't.
The cost isn't a monthly fee, it’s insurance. It's the Sunday your stream doesn't go out, the week your console file is gone and nobody can rebuild it, and the emergency invoice that shows up after.
-
If your church has more than about ten staff, or computers that need real daily support, a full managed IT provider will serve you better than we will.
We'd rather tell you that than sell you something that doesn't fit.
Other IT Services
We also provide right-sized IT for the other services a church needs.
Your A/V system, your staff computers, and your giving kiosks all run on your network. When that foundation is secure, everything built on top of it is more reliable — and more protected. We install enterprise-grade UniFi/Ubiquiti hardware and manage what we build.

Google Workspace for Nonprofits is free, and it’s excellent for churches. Your staff gets professional email, shared storage, and collaboration tools without a monthly bill. And with proper management, accidentally deleted files are never gone for good.
The best part? If someone’s computer dies, you just replace the computer. Everything is stored in the cloud, so the new computer only needs a web browser to be back up and running.
