How To Make SDI Cables

If you need HDMI cables longer than about fifteen feet (5 meters), you really want to use SDI cable instead. We talk about the reasons for that here.

If you need to run SDI cables, it can be expensive to hire out that work. But you might have volunteers at church that could run the bare wire, if only you knew how to put the connectors on the ends of the cable.

We do this all the time, so I made a quick video showing you how to do it, too. If your church is in the right situation, this video might save you thousands of dollars.
